Apparently what\u2019s happening here is that the New York Police Department is telling the homeless to head down to Zuccotti Park. That\u2019s the upshot of this story. The homeless are being told by the cops to head down to Zuccotti Park. They\u2019re telling them that there\u2019s free food down there, that there\u2019s booze, and it\u2019s a grand time to be had. So one of the reasons the homeless are gravitating there is because of the cops, according to this story.
