RUSH: Brett in Sand Point, Idaho. Welcome to the EIB Network. Hello, sir. How are you?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hi, Rush. I\u2019m doing well, how are you.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Ahhhhh. It worked! It worked. Great to have you on the program there, Brett, babe, how are you.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019m doing well. Rush, the reason I\u2019m calling is I\u2019m outraged at the racism against Herman Cain. When Clinton was in office, Americans accepted his sexual indiscretions so much so that they reelected him as president. Now when a black man is accused of what a white people freely admitted to, we are making an enormous deal of it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah. Well, no, no.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Rush —<\/p>\n

RUSH: No, hold it. Hold it, hold it, hold it. “We” aren\u2019t. The media, the Democrats are. You know, they keep telling us, they keep telling us, Clinton is the right way to handle this. Well, what did Clinton do? He stood up there and he wagged that finger that\u2019s about eight inches lock, at us, and he said (impression), “I did not have sex with that — with that — that woman, Ms. — Ms. Lewinsky, not a single time ever.” Everything he did was a total lie. Everything! And he\u2019s held up as the landmark. “This is the way you do it.” So you\u2019re exactly right.<\/line><\/p>\n

CALLER: But the difference between Herman Cain and Bill Clinton is Herman Cain is a black man. Rush, this is racism in its worst possible form.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well…<\/p>\n

CALLER: Herman Cain has said he has not done anything, and they\u2019re railroading him. Clinton admitted to it and they reelected him.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah?<\/p>\n

CALLER: That is racism.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, it could very well be racism and it\u2019s also in addition it illustrates what happens to you when you\u2019re conservative and black. Conservative alone is enough to get you. Black conservative then you\u2019re a huge target, but I don\u2019t think you\u2019d have too many people disagree with you. Brett, thanks for the call. I appreciate it. We\u2019ve proven that that works, so that\u2019s cool.<\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I just sent something to the printer and this Kraushaar babe\u2019s out there saying something and I sent it to the printer 30 seconds ago and it just lit up and said, “please wait.” Now it\u2019s processing it. What am I hearing, what\u2019s the noise? Is it the TV? I didn\u2019t touch anything. It could be my computer. That Trace Gallagher guy on Fox is getting in on our air. Let\u2019s just shut down this piece of garbage. Anyway, did it print? It did. Okay. “Hours after being publicly identified as one of several women to accuse Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual harassment, civil servant –” oh, don\u2019t you like that? “– Karen Kraushaar told ABC News that Cain could be described as a ‘monster.\u2019 Kraushaar said overnight she had attempted to dodge the media spotlight because she feared retaliation from Cain supporters. Her identity was revealed Tuesday and she has since hired a security team to guard her home outside Washington, D.C.”<\/p>\n

So this lady, this Kraushaar babe is now starting to get increasingly aggressive in her characterizations of Herman Cain. From anonymous and media shy, to now saying that Herman Cain could be described as a monster. I have this exclusive AP story on this woman, and it is a random act of journalism. I may get to it. I don\u2019t know. For some reason my instincts have been saying it\u2019s too pockmarked and it\u2019s playing into all the things here that we really detest about this story, so let me put it aside. <\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Moving on to Bill in St. Louis. Bill, welcome to the program. Great to have you here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Thank you very much, Rush. I just want to say that I\u2019m kind of hoping that Herman Cain plays the sex card.<\/p>\n

RUSH: What would that be?<\/p>\n

CALLER: The sex card says any misconduct, and even assuming he got to home plate with this blonde lady from Chicago, would any of that disqualify him from higher office, particularly president? Even if he scored with her. I mean what would Hillary say? What would John Edwards say?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, I know, see, this is the double standard that\u2019s out there. So you\u2019re saying that Herman Cain ought to come out and say he scored?<\/p>\n

CALLER: No, no, he ought to play the race card and say, “Excuse me, are there any Democrats that have a real problem with a presidential candidate who has sexually done something wrong?” Hillary would have to say no, that would not disqualify him at all. I\u2019d even go so far as to say that Joe Paterno might be considered —<\/p>\n

RUSH: They would never send anybody to ask Hillary. She would never be asked the question.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019ve asked it, and I\u2019m gonna tell you something, even Joe Paterno could ask Barney, “Barney, would that disqualify you, if you have a ten-year-old in the shower, a male?” I think Barney would have a hell of a time with that question.<\/p>\n

RUSH: (laughing) Speaking of which, legendary coach Joe Paterno said today that he\u2019s absolutely devastated by the sex abuse scandal that has rocked the school and announced that he will retire at the end of this season. He said, “I am absolutely devastated by the developments in this case. I grieve for the children and their families, and I pray for their comfort and relief. … This is a tragedy. It is one of the great sorrows of my life. With the benefit of hindsight, I wish I had done more. … That\u2019s why I have decided to announce my retirement effective at the end of this season. At this moment the Board of Trustees should not spend a single minute discussing my status. They have far more important matters to address. I want to make this as easy for them as I possibly can.” So he\u2019s gone, he\u2019s out of there, and the New York Times had it yesterday, said it was only a matter of time. <\/line><\/p>\n

Now, you bring up Barney Frank. We all know Stephen Gobie. There was a gay prostitution ring being run out of Barney\u2019s basement. Now, Barney said he didn\u2019t know, didn\u2019t know it was going on. Barney was also getting parking tickets for Steve Gobie fixed. Steve Gobie called this program, confirmed all this, years ago it happened. There clearly is a double standard. Again, the media is demanding some sort of strategy. Look at Carville. We had the sound bite yesterday. Carville said that the reason Clinton got away with it is because he\u2019s a good leader. People didn\u2019t care what Bill Clinton was doing. But you can\u2019t put Clinton and Cain in the same category. So the double standard is there, it exists. <\/p>\n

I think this is one of the reasons why people are standing by Herman Cain among his supporters. I think it\u2019s why there\u2019s so relatively little attrition, and it has people shocked. I guarantee, the media thought that he\u2019d be gone by now, and they\u2019re frustrated. They\u2019re terribly frustrated that he\u2019s not. (interruption) What do you mean, did Hillary know about Bill\u2019s sexual acts? She ran the bimbo eruptions. If anybody wants to get to the bottom of this, they all talk about Betsey Wright, it was Hillary that ran the bimbo eruptions, and what Hillary got mad about with the Lewinsky thing was not that it happened, was that he was stupid enough to get caught. I mean, look, folks, common sense has got to prevail here at some point. She\u2019s married to the guy for how long? There\u2019s Gennifer Flowers out there; there\u2019s Paula Jones out there; there\u2019s Kathleen Willey. It\u2019s not a secret. It\u2019s something that they tried to manage, and Clinton, when it came to Lewinsky and some of these others couldn\u2019t keep it private for whatever reason, and that\u2019s why Hillary got mad. <\/p>\n

But look what happened. She goes on the Today Show with Matt Lauer and starts blaming it on a vast right-wing conspiracy. Herman Cain has done somewhat an impression of that, said the Democrat machine\u2019s out to get him and they\u2019re laughing at him. When Hillary went out and said there\u2019s a vast right-wing conspiracy out to get my husband, the media went (panting) tongues on the floor, started lapping that up, couldn\u2019t wait to run with that. And they went out there and they tried to make it look like I arranged for Monica Lewinsky to get hired and then deliver pizza while Clinton was down to his underwear in the bathroom off of the Oval Office. That\u2019s what they were asking people to believe happened. <\/p>\n

But Hillary was in on the cover-up of these things. She knew what was going on with this stuff. That was part of the deal. She kept quiet about that stuff in exchange for her shot at the presidency. And then some guy, Obama comes along and blew that all up, and I\u2019m sure it\u2019s not been happy hunting up in Chappaqua for many, many moons. In fact, I don\u2019t know that they\u2019re ever there together at the same time. <\/p>\n

BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n

RUSH: Here is the Dylan Radigan show, once again PMSNBC, this is late yesterday afternoon, and there\u2019s a fill-in host on this show, Thomas Roberts is his name, and he had a guest, Get Money Out Foundation Executive Director Jimmy Williams about allegations of sexual harassment against Herman Cain. And the guest host said, “Jimmy, if there is no specific charge, these allegations are from over a decade ago, in reference to Sharon Bialek. Does he really need to respond to them in kind or can he say that, without anything specific, why do you need me to?”<\/p>\n

WILLIAMS: When Bill Clinton shook his hand, his little finger at the nation and said, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman,” everybody in the country knew he was lying. You could smell it: This guy is lying. There\u2019s no difference between Herman Cain being accused of sexually harassing woman after woman after woman — we\u2019re now at five. By the way, there are five flags behind that podium. I just want to point that out. There\u2019s no difference between that — why should Herman Cain, if he\u2019s even accused of one of these and found guilty, that man should have to register as a sexual offender.<\/p>\n
