Thank you for taking my call.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: You bet.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: I was fired a couple of months ago and for the first time in my life I went on unemployment, and I\u2019m using the unemployment money to start a business, and I wanted to know if you have any business advice for me.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: Well, what\u2019s the business?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: It\u2019s litigation support and legal PR.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: &#8220;Litigation support.&#8221; Would you tell me what that is?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: Basically making exhibits, courtroom exhibits and things of that nature to help convince juries of my client\u2019s innocence.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: Ah, okay. &#8220;Litigation support and legal PR.&#8221; So you basically you\u2019re going to work at one o\u2019clock with both sides, prosecute and defense?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" xhtml:id=\"eZObject_56209\" class=\"alignright\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/RushBIGBACK.jpg\"\/>CALLER: I\u2019m only gonna do defense.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: Always gonna work with the defense?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: Mmm-hmm.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: So you\u2019re always working with the guilty?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: Well&#8230;<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: I\u2019m just kidding!<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: (giggling wildly)<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: I\u2019m just kidding! (laughing)<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: (giggling)<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: No, that\u2019s what everybody thinks.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: I\u2019m making a joke. That\u2019s what everybody thinks. Let\u2019s see. What is the biggest problem that you&#8230;? I got ten seconds here. I\u2019m gonna hold you through the break. What\u2019s the biggest problem you\u2019re having?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: Well, how to get clients.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: Oh, it\u2019s advertising. That\u2019s it. Okay. Sit tight. You need a Conrad Murray kind of case. That\u2019s what you need to find and we\u2019ll be right back. Don\u2019t go away, Kate.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: Back to Kate, back to Kate in Houston.  Kate, let me see if I understand here.  You started a business, it\u2019s relatively new, litigation services and PR.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Correct.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  And you are going to work with the defense in helping them make their case &#8212;<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Correct.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  &#8212; construction of exhibits and so forth and so on, right?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Right.  And also corporate legal departments, like whenever there\u2019s a product recall or something and their stock price is in danger of suffering from &#8212;<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  Okay.  All right.  And your business is new, and you said that the biggest problem that you\u2019ve got is simply having people know you exist, correct?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Right.  How do I let people know?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  Okay, now, two things, that costs a lot of money, so you\u2019re already demonstrating your aptitude and brilliance by calling here and getting it for free.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: (laughing)<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH: You call here and you ask me and you know that I\u2019m a nice guy and you know that I probably have every solution for you and I\u2019m just gonna tell you what it is at no charge, which I am going to do.  There are two things that you can do.  Do you love this business first, I must ask, do you love this?<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Yes.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  Okay.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Like crazy.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  You have two golden opportunities right in front of you.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Okay.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  One is &#8212; and I\u2019m not joking &#8212; move to State College, Pennsylvania, are all this Penn State stuff is going on.  There is going to be a bunch of business opportunities for people who do what you do.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  All right.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  Consider that.  Secondly, this is the greater opportunity you have.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Hm-hm.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  You don\u2019t have a track record yet because your business is new. <\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Right.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  But here\u2019s what you can do.  There are high profile cases every day that are discussed in the media that people follow, and there are cases you can find probably that you would love to be part of that are not high profile and not in the media, but you, Kate, can set up a website for your business, and if I were trying to drum up business for myself, I would start explaining.  I\u2019d do exhibits on the website, I would make available to lawyers, defense lawyers, what you could do for them by actually giving your ideas away for a while, just to establish them.  I remember when I first started this network, this program, I gave free advertising out the wazoo to demonstrate that it worked.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Hm-hm.  Okay.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  You start a website &#8212; let\u2019s look at the Conrad Murray case, \u2019cause it\u2019s over.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Right.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  You could use that, and you could do what you would have done differently, what you would have done for the defense, they lost the case, what they could have done to won it, you put it up on the website, whatever you would have done, whatever area of expertise this business of yours is, you put it up. &#8220;This is what should have happened, this would have secured or done a lot &#8211;&#8221; maybe you can\u2019t guarantee that. &#8220;This would have gone a lot farther to getting an acquittal.&#8221;  You don\u2019t do it to insult the lawyers &#8212;<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Right.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  &#8212; that lost the case, but you\u2019ve got a gold mine of lost cases in this country every day where you could explain the case on your website, show what happened, how the defense tried it, why they made a mistake or what they did wrong and what you, your services could have done to perhaps secure the acquittal.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  I love that.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  I knew you would.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  I love it.  You\u2019re brilliant.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" xhtml:id=\"eZObject_56210\" class=\"alignright\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/001-institute.jpg\"\/>RUSH:  I know.  I know.  Everywhere but home. (laughing)<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER: (laughing) Okay, I have one more request if I can push my luck.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  All right.  And I\u2019m not joking about the State College.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Okay.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  There is gonna be a lot litigation work there.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Well, certainly some letters because I don\u2019t want to live in Pennsylvania, but I\u2019ll send letters.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  Well, you may not have to live there but you might want to go, you know, get yourself established there as on the ground.  You\u2019re not gonna get hired from afar. People are gonna have to see you on site, that\u2019s the only way people think you can actually learn what\u2019s actually going on there by other people.  You may not want to move there because it\u2019s not the Happy Valley right now, but you might want to consider going there.  I mean you\u2019re a startup.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Right.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">RUSH:  There are services you\u2019re gonna have to give away at first to show you can do them.  You\u2019re gonna have to share some of your &#8212; this is tricky, you\u2019re subjecting yourself to being copied so you can\u2019t give it all away. You have to put just enough up to intrigue people what\u2019s left, what else would you have done that you\u2019re not showing them. So you hold back what you think your diamonds are on each of these cases that you would have perhaps seen an acquittal had your company been involved.  You hold back, you know, the killer idea, you just give them enough to intrigue \u2019em.<\/p>\n<paragraph xmlns:tmp=\"http:\/\/ez.no\/namespaces\/ezpublish3\/temporary\/\">CALLER:  Gotcha.
