CALLER: Thank you, Mr. Limbaugh. You are wonderful, and you are my daily tutor.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Well, thank you.<\/p>\n
CALLER: I do thank you for what you do for our country. I called to tell you that on April 19th I attended a Tea Party rally in Louisville. I estimate, guess, that there were somewhere between 350, 450 people there. Rows were 32 chairs across, about 20 rows deep, probably three or four rows unoccupied so —<\/p>\n
CALLER: Less than zero. Not even a little word on a page.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Right. ‘Cause they think the Tea Party has gone dormant. They think the Tea Party doesn\u2019t exist anymore. The Tea Party\u2019s gone out of existence. But you\u2019re not a protest movement anymore. You\u2019re now organizing and trying to get people oriented toward helping others win elections.<\/p>\n
CALLER: Yeah, we are. And the crowd there was so classy, so dignified, and I would say probably contributed to a small amount of global warming, although maybe the Occupy movement —<\/p>\n
RUSH: (laughing)<\/p>\n
CALLER: — can top that. Which also got constant coverage, actually. The Occupy movement in Louisville was here until April. They didn\u2019t get kicked out until April, and they were in the news all the time, but not a word about that Tea Party. And I just called to tell you and America to please keep going to Tea Party movements. We\u2019re alive and well.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Well, I know that it is. And the interesting thing here is, the news media is trying to convince everybody that Occupy Wall Street is alive and well and that the Tea Party is dead, when it\u2019s just the exact opposite. Thanks, Ann. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
