Governor Romney seems to have a tendency to, uhhh, shoot first and aim later. And, as president, one of the things I\u2019ve learned is you can\u2019t do that. Uh, that, uhh, eh, you know, it\u2019s important for you to, uh, make sure that the statements th-that you make are backed up by the facts and that you\u2019ve thought through the ramifications before you make \u2019em.<\/p>\n<p>KROFT: Do you think it was irresponsible?<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=14647\"><img id=\"eZObject_66878\" class=\"alignright\" align=\"right\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/ObamaCarterDNC.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>OBAMA: Uhh, I\u2019ll let the American people judge that.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH: That\u2019s all lies. Romney didn\u2019t say anything that wasn\u2019t true. He didn\u2019t &#8220;shoot first and aim later.&#8221; He didn\u2019t get his facts wrong. This is Obama capitalizing on the narrative. Where have we heard this before? Here\u2019s Jimmy Carter on August 15th, 1980.<\/p>\n<p>CARTER 1980: In their fantasy world, all the complex global changes of the world since World War II have never happened. In their fantasy America, all problems have simple solutions &#8212; simple and wrong. It\u2019s a make-believe world, a world of good guys and bad guys where some politicians shoot first and ask questions later.<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_66884\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/ObamaCarter585_2.jpg\"\/><BR\/>RUSH: <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/?p=14647\">Ohhhh! Here he is quoting Jimmy Carter again,<\/a> and there\u2019s Carter saying that it\u2019s a &#8220;fantasy world&#8221; to think there are &#8220;good guys and bad guys&#8221; in the world, that that\u2019s fantasy.
