CALLER: Mega dittos from Northwest Indiana, Rush. It\u2019s such an honor to speak with you.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019ve been such a long-term fan.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you, sir, very much.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019m a Vietnam veteran. My daughter served in the first Gulf War in the Air Force. We\u2019ve had a member of our family in the military going all the way back from World War I, World War II, Civil War, to the War of 1812, and I do a lot of —<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

RUSH: Holy cow. That is amazing.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, I\u2019ve done my genealogy, and it\u2019s amazing, we\u2019ve had someone in every conflict back to the War of 1812.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s unbelievable.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. And I do a lot of veteran —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, we\u2019ve never lost a war with you in it.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Evidently not. (laughing) What I find disheartening right now is that Obama continues — excuse me, I shortness of breath. I have emphysema that\u2019s service related but —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Try cigars.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah, really. That he talks about what he\u2019s gonna do for, you know, the unemployment. And yet I get the Air Force Times, and they are cutting back so much. There are men and women that are in the middle of their careers that will lose everything because they are cutting back on the military, plus they\u2019ve gutted NASA. I\u2019m surprised the Drive-By Media isn\u2019t, you know, picking this up.<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: They didn\u2019t gut NASA. They just turned it into Muslim outreach.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Exactly. And the recent article in the Air Force Times said that the military could be the swing vote for this next election because of the people that they are basically —<\/p>\n

RUSH: That is why, in a couple of states, I don\u2019t remember which ones off the top of my head, but that is why, Tony, the Obama administration in two states is trying to somehow make it harder for military people to vote, either with absentees or early voting or I forget specifically, but they\u2019re worried about that. They know that when it comes to the military vote they\u2019re not gonna get a majority of that.<\/p>\n

<\/a>CALLER: Also, you know, where I live here in Lake County, Indiana, I don\u2019t know if you recall, but it was all over the network news, that Lake County, Indiana, had one of the highest voter frauds in the entire — I think Lake County and —<\/p>\n

RUSH: What year?<\/p>\n

CALLER: For the last election.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Lake County, Indiana, does that border Illinois?<\/p>\n

CALLER: We are 30 miles southeast of Chicago.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I remember that. That was a central county in Operation Chaos, too. The mayor — I do, I remember that. They delayed the vote count way, way, way late into the night. I\u2019ll never forget it. Tony, great to have you in the audience and on the program. Thank you so much for the call.<\/p>\n
