RUSH: I got it from a reliable source, a source I implicitly and deeply trust. There\u2019s an Obama ad: “Vote like your lady parts depend on it.” Now, stop and think about that for just a second. You talk about demeaning women? Women have been reduced to body parts? I mean, if it\u2019s a strip club, that\u2019s one thing, but this is a presidential campaign. Talk about only caring about sex organs and not their minds? Where are the feminazis on this?<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

So they went to the coach of the Ravens, John Harbaugh, and said (paraphrased quotes), “Coach, what are you gonna do here? How are you gonna keep your locker room from becoming a circus? You\u2019ve got one player advocating for gay marriage and then you\u2019ve got Matt Birk saying, ‘Wait a minute. I don\u2019t want people to get the wrong idea. The NFL players are not universally in favor of redefining what marriage has meant.'”<\/p>\n

Birk, by the way, is a Harvard graduate. He was an economics major at Harvard. So he might not-a gotten the full indoctrination treatment there. He\u2019s actually a Catholic and a pro-life activist, but they went to Harbaugh and they said, “John, Coach, what are you gonna do about this?” He said, “Well, I\u2019m not gonna encourage it; I\u2019m not gonna discourage it. As long as everybody respects everybody else\u2019s opinion, that\u2019s the main thing. We talk about politics, religion, movies. It\u2019s okay to have an opinion.”<\/p>\n

Yeah, but for how long?<\/p>\n

I was shocked when I saw this.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s right, ladies, vote your body parts. Vote your body parts. And while you\u2019re at it, vote for your babies, too. Here\u2019s Jack, Alexandria, Virginia, hello.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Hey, Rush. How you doing today?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Jack, I\u2019m doing great. Thank you.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Good. Hey, I had a question, I had a comment for you about Obama and his main kind of message for the economy, and the way I see it, he says, “You know, things aren\u2019t really doing too good, we know that, the facts aren\u2019t there, but look how it would have been if I didn\u2019t do all these good things I did.” So, basically, the point is that Obama\u2019s main fiscal point he\u2019s running on is a hypothetical. And, you know, politicians generally don\u2019t deal with hypotheticals at all for a whole bunch of reasons that we know, but Obama\u2019s campaign is based on this hypothetical that says “look what could have happened if I didn\u2019t do this,” or it\u2019s kind of like asking people to make believe. “You know, what if I didn\u2019t do this, it could have been so much worse.”<\/p>\n

RUSH: He\u2019s got no other choice. He can\u2019t run on what he\u2019s actually done. What he\u2019s really saying is things coulda been worse.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That\u2019s what Clinton was saying<\/a>, it coulda been worse. It would have been worse without my policies, without my plans. By the way, the Obama campaign, the regime just took down the lady parts page on their website. They just took it down.<\/p>\n

\"original\"CALLER: Uh-huh. Uh-huh. I think Romney needs to get out there and say, “Look, you know, it could have been better. Look, if a Republican was there for the last four years and didn\u2019t do all these destructive things Obama wanted, it could have been better.” Or at least point out that he\u2019s just not even running on reality —<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: No, the thing to say is, it couldn\u2019t have been any worse. This is the worst recovery in history. It\u2019s the worst recover since the Depression. And, by the way, I don\u2019t want to get into what Romney ought to say. I\u2019ve tried that game. You\u2019re always disappointed. They haven\u2019t asked me and they won\u2019t ask me. If they did, I\u2019d tell \u2019em. But I don\u2019t like playing what Mitt Romney ought to say. You\u2019re just setting yourself up for disappointment, \u2019cause they\u2019re not gonna say what you think ought to be said nine out of ten times. But, having said that, if this whole thing comes up, Obama says, (imitating Obama) “If it weren\u2019t for my policies, things would have been even worse.” Romney should say: “No, it can\u2019t get any worst.
