RUSH: Now, the 47% comment<\/a>. I want to go back to the debate for a second because I had a brilliant take on it yesterday<\/a>. Everybody\u2019s now admitting that I had a brilliant take. After 18 hours of intense news cycle coverage, I, El Rushbo, nevertheless had the unique take on the debate, what it meant, and the long-term ramifications of it. What it really was all about and why Obama was so bad? I had to answer.<\/p>\n

And it was none of these fake excuses that his lapdogs are coming up with to explain it and justify it. The answer\u2019s very simple: He was out of his league. He\u2019s got no answer when somebody confronts him truthfully and factually in the arena of ideas. His ideas don\u2019t cut it. His ideas can\u2019t compete with ours. He can\u2019t be honest about what he\u2019s really going to do, so he has to sit there and lie about what Romney\u2019s plans are.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s all he could do. He had nowhere to go. Now, they can say he\u2019s gonna come out and get more aggressive in the next debate. He\u2019s not gonna take it anymore. He\u2019s gonna come out and he\u2019s gonna confront Romney. He might, but he\u2019s still going to have nothing but lies in his arsenal. He\u2019s not gonna have a success track. He\u2019s not gonna have a good record.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s not gonna have highlights that he can point to and say, “You want more of this?” Romney\u2019s gonna have the facts at his disposal. Romney\u2019s going to have the solutions to our problems at his disposal. And he\u2019ll be talking to a guy who\u2019s the architect of this current economic malaise, failure, misery, whatever you want to call it. So whatever attitude Obama adopts, he will have nowhere to go in the arena of ideas, \u2019cause his don\u2019t cut it.<\/p>\n

If he was stupefied… The latest liberal excuse is, “Romney was telling so many lies<\/a> that Obama had a brain freeze! He couldn\u2019t keep up with it. He didn\u2019t know which one to reply to because he kept forgetting them because there were so many.” That\u2019s BS. It was the first time in his life, probably, Obama had been confronted with the truth about people who disagree with what he thinks. They still don\u2019t know what hit them.<\/p>\n
