Listen to this&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>JAY-Z: (dramatic music) For so long there was a voice that was silenced out there, you know, as far as exercising your right to vote. I think it was a voice that was silent because people had lost hope. They didn\u2019t believe that their voice mattered or counted. He made it mean something for the first time for a lot of people having someone in office who understands how powerful our voice can be.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"585\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cPa76DrWiUE?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>RUSH: Man, that\u2019s gonna make me run out and vote, isn\u2019t it? What the heck is that? Mr. Z, you can\u2019t talk about Obama\u2019s great performance or his great record in office? We gotta reelect Obama \u2019cause he gave people a voice who didn\u2019t have a voice before? Have you seen the unemployment rate in the black community? Have you seen the illegitimacy rate in the black community?<\/p>\n<p>Have you seen the illiteracy rate? For crying out loud, it\u2019s skyrocketing. I don\u2019t think Mr. Z has seen it. I think Mr. Z knows it. (interruption) Yeah, he\u2019s partying on a different level.
