CALLER: How are you?<\/p>\n
RUSH: I\u2019m doing well. Doing well. Thank you.<\/p>\n
CALLER: \u00c2\u201cDittos\u00c2\u201d is not a big enough word to say how much we love you here, but I also wanted to quick out a lot of 1%-ers, us rich people which I\u2019m not really rich come from Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Okay.<\/p>\n
CALLER: I\u2019m on my way down there —<\/p>\n
RUSH: Wait, wait, wait, wait just a second. I want to understand. Part of your point is that, hey, you\u2019re not rich. You live close to the beach. You\u2019re not rich. You want everybody to know that not everybody living on the beach or close to it\u2019s rich. That\u2019s one point you want to make, right?<\/p>\n
CALLER: Correct.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Well, you\u2019re rich, bud.<\/p>\n
CALLER: (laughing) Well, it\u2019s my second home, actually, if you really want to know. I\u2019m only 34 and I built it myself. I did build that.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Second home? It\u2019s your second home and you\u2019re denying being a 1%-er? Not in Obama\u2019s world you\u00c2\u2019re not!<\/p>\n
CALLER: (laughing)<\/p>\n
RUSH: You got a second home? That\u2019s one more than you need!<\/p>\n
CALLER: (laughing)<\/p>\n
RUSH: No, I\u2019m not kidding.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, that was gonna be my point. I was gonna say Obama doesn\u2019t care about rich people. Just like like that guy Kanye West or whatever was saying about Bush, you know? I think it\u2019s ironic that Obama\u2019s touring the coast of rich people but it\u2019s not really rich people. I think Christie… I think his thing… I\u2019m kind of not happy with Christie, either, having voted for him the way he\u2019s rolling out the red carpet.<\/p>\n
But I think he\u2019s sort of a lawyer, too, like kind of guy himself in his own right, you know, I mean — I voted for Doug Forester in the primaries, and I\u2019ve been happy with Christie. But, you know, I don\u2019t know, I\u2019m not gonna totally throw him under the bus yet. I think he\u2019s honestly just trying to get the most money for his state which a capitalist, can\u2019t understand how this politics things works where you just say… No, I think he\u2019s just happy that someone is actually —<\/p>\n
RUSH: Yeah, but look, there\u2019s no other governor saying the things about Obama that Christie is. One week before the election. Look, there are just certain things here that you cannot ignore and with credibility you just can\u2019t gloss over. Cuomo\u2019s not saying this about Obama. Bloomberg isn\u2019t. No other governor is. Democrat or Republican, no other governor is. I will allow that Christie\u2019s emotional and devastated by what\u2019s happened to his state.<\/p>\n
But isn\u2019t one of the things wrong here, that the first move anybody thinks needs to be made is turning to Washington in a disaster? Isn\u2019t that, in fact, one of the things this election\u2019s about? It might help us, ladies and gentlemen, to try to… For those of you worried about whether what Obama\u2019s doing here — even with Christie\u2019s assistance – whether Obama\u2019s helped by this, I was talking people last night about it, and I said, \u00c2\u201cLook, the fundamentals are the fundamentals. I don\u2019t know how else to say it. Obama hadn\u2019t fixed the economy in four years, and people are riled up about that.\u00c2\u201d<\/p>\n
