<\/p>\nRUSH: The Americans for Tax Reform has put out an interesting story. “New Obamacare Tax Form Mandates Americans Report Personal Health ID Info to IRS. Here\u2019s why the IRS will require Americans to disclose their personal health ID information starting in 2014.”<\/p>\n
There\u2019s a whole new tax form for this. <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
“When Obamacare\u00c2\u2019s individual mandate takes effect in 2014, all Americans who file income tax returns must complete an additional IRS tax form. The new form will require disclosure of a taxpayer\u00c2\u2019s personal identifying health information in order to determine compliance with the Affordable Care Act\u00c2\u2019s individual mandate. As confirmed by IRS testimony to the tax-writing House Committee on Ways and Means, ‘taxpayers will file their tax returns reporting their health insurance coverage, and\/or making a payment.\u2019 So why will the Obama IRS require your personal identifying health information? Simply put, there is no way for the IRS to enforce Obamacare\u00c2\u2019s individual mandate without such an invasive reporting scheme.”<\/p>\n
So another form is added, your personal health ID, and whether you have insurance or whether you\u2019re going to pay the fine. <\/p>\n

CALLER: Listen, I\u2019ve been in health care for over 30 years, and recently I had a heart attack two weeks ago. So now it\u2019s getting kind of personal for me.<\/p>\n
RUSH: Wait, wait, wait. You had a heart attack a couple weeks ago?<\/p>\n
CALLER: Yes, I did.<\/p>\n
RUSH: You did? Okay.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I think if we don\u2019t win the Senate, we\u2019re not going to repeal Obamacare.<\/p>\n
CALLER: That\u2019s correct.<\/p>\n
RUSH: I mean, all the rest of it\u2019s academic. We have to win the Senate. I mean, you just heard Dingy Harry. This sniveling little (pause) is out there. He issued a statement today at Talking Points Memo (it\u2019s a far-left-wing website, blog) pledging to do everything he can to stop Romney from implementing his agenda. Now, why say that? There\u2019s only two reasons to say that. A, you\u2019re losing and you are trying to fire up your base to show up.<\/p>\n
Because that statement is not helpful. That\u2019s not gonna help you with independents. You know that…? Oh, folks. Remember that ad we played for you with the singing kids? They took it down. The Democrats removed that ad from YouTube. You can\u2019t see it. But we\u2019ve still got the audio. See, it started to hurt. They don\u2019t get it. Dingy Harry doesn\u2019t understand that if what he says is really amplified throughout this country, it\u2019s not helpful to the Democrats.<\/p>\n
They are not the majority in this country. He\u2019s out there pledging to just stop Romney\u2019s agenda in its tracks. Well, that\u2019s not what the American people want, particularly people that vote for Romney. So we\u2019re not gonna be able to get anything done with Harry Reid there. He\u2019s gonna have to go as Senate majority leader. We\u2019ve got to win the Senate or all the rest that you brought up out there, Mark, is academic. (interruption)<\/p>\n
No, that ad was started to hurt them. See, but they thought they\u2019d hit a home run with it. They were proud of it. They thought the little kids singing about how their parents had screwed up the country and screwed up the planet and the ocean was just nothing but a sea of oil, and the atmosphere was frying, worked. All these horrible, rotten things. It was a serious Democrat advertising agency that put the whole thing together. This is who they really are. They tell us. All you need is the courage to accept it. They tell us who they are.<\/p>\n
