CALLER: Oh, my God. How you doing, Rush? It is an honor, an absolute privilege, and happy Thanksgiving to you, sir.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Thank you very much. And ditto to you.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Sorry about this. I had to hop out of my car because I can\u2019t hang out in my car because there\u2019s a camera, and it may be kind of windy, so I apologize. Can you hear me?<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah. I hear fine. Look, I can\u2019t hear anybody. I have to read what you\u2019re saying. You just go ahead and talk.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay. Give you a little background about me. I\u2019m 26. I\u2019m a male. I live in Illinois. I don\u2019t want to give away exactly where I live because I\u2019m afraid I might lose my job because Big Brother is always watching, so —<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

RUSH: Wait, wait, wait. You would lose your job just for appearing on this program because of what you\u2019re gonna say?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I believe so. I personally believe so. May be not true, but I believe I could, yes, absolutely.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Ah. This is East Germany.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Caller\u2019s afraid to be known.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yep. Hm-hm.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, then you\u2019re very brave, sir, to take the chance.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Thank you, sir.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You bet.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Moving forward, the reason why I\u2019m calling is actually because of my roommate. He\u2019s a 28-year-old African-American who I\u2019ve been living with now for two months. Before I jump into that, I\u2019d like to start with my background. I\u2019m a success story that you and I would both agree with. I grew up, obviously, in a middle class family, worked my way up. I play basketball, got a Division 1 scholarship, worked my butt off to graduate, took about a year and a half to get a real job and now working for that same job. I\u2019m also a director of a basketball program as well. So I really moved my way up with my basketball job, and I\u2019m just, you know, working my butt off to get where I am, so thank you, kudos to you for that.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You know, in days past, in years past, your story would actually be inspirational and relevant, but a lot of people hearing you talk about it don\u2019t know what you mean by work, and they can\u2019t understand a year and a half to get what you want? My God. They\u2019re thinking you maybe don\u2019t get it. But continue with the story.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Okay. Well, the real reason why I\u2019m calling is because I deal with a lot of people of other races, African-American, Mexican, because I usually date women that are not white, and I go out with everybody, but I\u2019ll listen to, you know, politics, and I\u2019ll put my two cents in, and I definitely talk about what you talk about. But I have a feeling we\u2019ve lost the women between 20 and 27 or 28, personally. I have not met a woman, besides one of my ex-girlfriends, that would not vote Obama, obviously. And no matter how I talk to them, it\u2019s impossible. Now, I could be completely naive —<\/p>\n

RUSH: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I\u2019m really having trouble following this. You said we\u2019ve lost the women between 20, 27, 28 but —<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: — you have not met a woman who would not vote Obama. Okay, okay.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes. Not vote Obama, personally. Now, I could be naive, you know, it could just be where I\u2019m at, but it\u2019s a reoccurring theme every single weekend. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Every single weekend, every single woman that you date votes Obama?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Have you tried dating a married woman?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. Yes. (laughing) No, I haven\u2019t. No. Yeah, so I started rooming with my new roommate. He was very black oriented, you know, he always talked about Obama this, Obama that, which is fine, you know, I can deal with it. I can sit back there, but you know what, I didn\u2019t sit back. I started chirping in his ear. Not aggressively, and I just started telling him how it really is. All the people I\u2019ve talked to have never even heard of Benghazi, first of all. I had to explain about Benghazi to him. I had to explain Benghazi to all of his friends, nobody has an idea. They\u2019re all on autopilot. Unbelievable. Nobody has any idea.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Including the single women that you\u2019re dating?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

RUSH: They didn\u2019t know about Benghazi?<\/a><\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Doesn\u2019t surprise me. It\u2019s not being reported in the media that they watch. It really isn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Nope.<\/p>\n

RUSH: In fact, Tom Friedman, New York Times, says it\u2019s not even a story. It\u2019s a distraction, not even a scandal. It\u2019s not even a scandal, just a distraction.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yep. They\u2019ve heard about Petraeus. They know about Petraeus over Benghazi,<\/a> makes sense.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, of course they know Petraeus, he dated his biographer. That\u2019s cool.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yep. Yep. So getting back to my roommate, I\u2019m chirping away in his ear about what\u2019s going on with the politics, and he literally made me cry the day after the election. I\u2019m a 26-year-old male, don\u2019t get me wrong. I\u2019m a male, I\u2019m strong.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Tell me, just cut to the chase, how did he make you cry? Why?<\/p>\n

CALLER: He told me in front of all of his friends that he voted Romney. He told me, came out and said it.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Oh, because you did get through to him?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I got through to him, Rush. Unbelievable.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That made you feel good, I\u2019ll bet?<\/p>\n

CALLER: That made me feel unbelievable. <\/p>\n

RUSH: And it made you feel optimistic? <\/p>\n

CALLER: It made me feel like our country is not lost, Rush. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Long term, I don\u2019t think it is. At the moment, we are outnumbered. <\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

RUSH: But in the long term, we\u2019re not.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. So that\u2019s really the reason why I called is because of him. He gave me the strength to call you up and have a reason to call you and say thank you so much for everything.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I\u2019m glad that you got through. I really appreciate your patience in waiting. He\u2019s been holding on since Monday, folks. We will be back after this. Don\u2019t go away.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You know, the Republicans do have a single women problem. This guy is right. And the polling data all shows it. Single women vote Democrat. They are insecure and government\u2019s there for \u2019em, Obama and all that. I mean, it is what it is. Why is this? Snerdley, you\u2019re not gonna like this. It\u2019s because men just won\u2019t commit to relationships. If men would marry them, these women would turn conservative. Well, some of them. Probably a majority of them would. It may be, to save the country, men are going to have to marry these women. You know, rather than the Republican Party run around, “Okay, well, you know we got our own brand of contraception, we got our own brand of pill here, try ours?” Instead of doing all that, just propose marriage and have a family and 2.8 kids and have the traditional nuclear security blanket.
