Hi.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  Rush Limbaugh, it\u2019s an absolute pleasure to talk to you, sir.<\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Thank you, sir.<\/p>\n<p>CALLER:  So my comment is to discuss the Limbaugh Theorem and go a step further, I believe, in defining discrimination as it is exists today. As we all know, it is the rating of individuals of different colors and creeds and nationalities based on their look and appearance.  I believe it exists today as the belief that people of different colors and creeds just naturally cannot perform, and that is why we need entitlements, that is why the media seems to give Obama so many passes, because they see him as someone who is different, who naturally can\u2019t perform at a certain level, so they don\u2019t give him that same &#8212;<\/p>\n<p><img id=\"eZObject_79594\" class=\"aligncenter\" align=\"middle\" src=\"https:\/\/live-rush-limbaugh.pantheonsite.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/RushTruthDetector2.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>RUSH:  Well, no, no, no.  I happen to know that in the case of Obama, they don\u2019t look at Obama with sympathy.  They look at Obama with reverence.  Obama is them!  Ivy League, Harvard Law Review, speaks like they do.  There\u2019s a reverence for Obama.  Now, I know what you are trying to get at.  You are essentially talking about &#8212; there\u2019s a phrase for this &#8212; the soft bigotry of low expectations.  You\u2019re talking about how liberals look at certain people and think they don\u2019t have chance, for whatever reason.  They\u2019re minorities, skin color, they just don\u2019t have a chance.  Liberals don\u2019t have faith in \u2019em.  Liberals need to help them.  And then, when liberals help them, that means liberals are good people. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re talking about something that\u2019s very real: the soft bigotry of low expectations.  And you\u2019re right, it\u2019s everywhere.  I see examples of it multiple times a day, in sports reporting, in news reporting, I see it constantly.  It\u2019s part and parcel of elitist liberals, for whatever reason, thinking certain people just don\u2019t have it.  But it\u2019s not their fault that they don\u2019t have it.  They\u2019ve been discriminated against, or they are the recipients of some kind of bias.  But whatever, liberals essentially have a contempt for most average people.  And this contempt is the source of much of their arrogance.  They think they\u2019re better.  But, see, they have compassion. They\u2019re better and they\u2019re superior, but they\u2019re trying to help these people.  Affirmative action is racial profiling at its worst. <\/p>\n<p>Take a break.
