RUSH: “House Speaker John A. Boehner predicted Wednesday that by the end of the month, more Americans will have lost their insurance by being kicked off existing health plans than the number who were able to sign up in the flawed online healthcare.gov website. And the early numbers may back him up,” it says here in the Drive-By Media. <\/p>\n

“Kaiser Health News reported this week that hundreds of thousands of Americans have received notices from their insurers canceling their policies: 300,000 from Florida Blue and 160,000 from Kaiser Permanente in California. One industry analyst told Kaiser Health News the moves may be a way of insurers ridding their own rolls of costly consumers they don\u00c2\u2019t want, and pushing those people onto the federal health exchanges.”<\/p>\n

Once again, I\u2019ll tell you, this is so frustrating. I cannot tell you how everything that we predicted, folks, is panning out. Every bad aspect of this is happening. This is classic. Almost a half a million people, two companies, have been tossed aside because their policies are not favorable to the insurance companies, and the insurance companies have a place to send them: Obamacare. Except there\u2019s nothing at Obamacare to sign up for. The thing is, this is by design. This is what really, really frosts me. <\/p>\n

We talked about it with Vice President Cheney.<\/a> What we are watching is the dismantling of the US health care system. We\u2019re watching the dismantling of the insurance part of it. We are watching the dismantling of the treatment, the actual health care part of it. We hear horror stories every week about what is happening in pharmacies. Who knows what\u2019s going on at actual pharmaceutical companies in R&D. But they are at the top of the enemies list, as far as the Democrat Party is concerned. <\/p>\n

When the Cleveland Clinic is laying off tens of thousands of employees, the premiere heart clinic and institute in the country, this is not an accident. It\u2019s not because of the incompetence of liberalism, although it could be. I mean, it could happen because was that. But this is purposeful. I don\u2019t know if that\u2019s pervasive though to tell people that. I don\u2019t know how many low-information voters would believe that. But it happens to be the truth. And right here. Forget for a moment that I predicted it. That is frustrating. But just take a look at the facts here. <\/line><\/p>\n

In two companies, 460,000 people are losing their health insurance ever since Obamacare passed. Now, what were people told about Obamacare? I want to take you back to my first hour monologue, an in-depth, well thought out, mature, conceived monologue about the web of deceit this all is, how everybody involved, including Obama\u2019s insurance partners, were lied to about every aspect of this. People were told that their insurance would be easier, preexisting condition, you name it, if you want it, you get it, no way you can\u2019t get it, they can\u2019t deny it to you. Really? It\u2019s gonna be cheaper, $2,500, keep your doctor. I mean, the lies, the deceit just mount up and pile up, and the exact opposite\u2019s happening. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s not cheaper. You don\u2019t get to keep your doctor, and now your insurance company is tossing you aside, all because of Obamacare, because of it, because it exists this is happening. And they don\u2019t care. I don\u2019t care what anybody says, they don\u2019t care. What they care about is that they are embarrassed, they\u2019re the best and the brightest, they\u2019re the smartest, they know best, and they haven\u2019t got the slightest idea how to make this work. I\u2019m talking about their website. I just saw Gretchen Carlson on Fox talking about, “Oh, it\u2019s gotta be the toughest job in the world for Jay Carney to have.” She\u2019s being polite. Jay Carney can\u2019t answer the questions he\u2019s being asked. He walked out on a African-American journalist yesterday. He just walked out of the briefing room, said to hell with this.<\/p>\n

He doesn\u2019t have the answers. He\u2019s said already a hundred times, “Go talk to \u2019em at HHS.” So the journalists dutifully go over to HHS with their questions and HSS refers them to HealthCare.gov, where they promptly get shut down because nobody can get in. And then Obama\u2019s conducting his Rose Garden ceremony where everything appears to be hunky-dory, we just need a little tech surge. Well, the tech experts are saying there\u2019s no such thing as a tech surge. Damn it, folks, I can\u2019t tell you, it\u2019s so unnecessary.<\/p>\n

Have you ever had kids, and you told \u2019em and you told them, and you told them, and they did it anyway, and you ask, why in the hell didn\u2019t they listen? I know you have. Isn\u2019t that every parent\u2019s lament? Well, maybe not Dawn, her kids do everything she says. But most parents, isn\u2019t that the parents\u2019 lament? That\u2019s what I feel like here. Everything predicted. Now this, insurance companies canceling people because there\u2019s the exchange over there, see you later, that\u2019s where you should go, and that\u2019s by design. And as the private sector insurance companies cancel their bad policies, they\u2019re canceling customers, and pretty soon they\u2019ll be canceling themselves out of business. <\/p>\n

Now, this next one is from the CNN website, not the cable network. I have it right here in my formerly nicotine-stained fingers. “To Fix Obamacare Website, Blow It Up, Start Over.” CNN<\/a>. Again, not the network, but their website. “Experts say the major problems –” (interrupting himself) What is this? “Detroit\u2019s attorneys try to prove city is bankrupt.” Really? It takes lawyers to prove that? What is this? “Detroit\u2019s attorneys try to prove city is bankrupt.” Twilight Zone every day here. <\/p>\n

“Experts say the major problems with the Obamacare website can\u2019t reasonably be solved before the end of 2013, and the best fix would be to start over from scratch. After assessing the website, Dave Kennedy, the CEO of information-security company Trusted Sec, estimates that about 20% of Healthcare.gov needs to be rewritten. With a whopping 500 million lines of code, according to a recent New York Times report, Kennedy believes fixing the site would probably take six months to a year.”<\/p>\n

This is after we have spent half a billion dollars on this thing, and all that\u2019s happened is they have made it worse. And now CNN, no doubt trying to help, has found some experts who say the whole thing just needs to be taken out, thrown out, and rebuilt from scratch. In addition, the existing code is riddled with security holes, which is why Corporate Reports say stay away. Those breaches will result in one of the biggest breaches of security in American history. They don\u2019t think this thing can be fixed.<\/line>BREAK TRANSCRIPT<\/line><\/p>\n

RUSH: Folks, I have come to a conclusion, sad though it may be. I don\u2019t think any of this is unknown, this website. I don\u2019t think it\u2019s any surprise. I don\u2019t think anybody\u2019s shocked, including Obama. I think this business that he didn\u2019t know about this until the day after or whatever, all of that is a crock, and it\u2019s so simple. Obama knew this was a disaster. And you know how we know he knew? Because he granted 2,500 waivers to friends. <\/p>\n

He granted people exemptions. He gave enough waivers to Big Business people and anybody else he needed on board for this, he gave them an out. People have been demanding an individual waiver for weeks, well before October 1st. And Obama has steadfastly refused. He knew. They\u2019re just flat-out lying about this. This is nothing more than a huge intricately woven web of deceit that they\u2019re trying to pass off as well-intentioned incompetence. They are lying through their teeth about this, and there is no other possibility. <\/p>\n

We simply have NSA take it over because they collect and store information better than anybody, and in all likelihood nobody would really have to sign up since they already have the information, they could just notify you what your new program is gonna be.<\/p>\n

You have reminded me of something that I can\u2019t fully remember that would say the opposite, something that happened that if the NSA was on the ball, wouldn\u2019t have. I get the point you\u2019re trying to make. They\u2019ve already got everybody\u2019s information, just get everybody\u2019s data from the NSA.
