They interviewed Ted Cruz, and Ramos says, &#8220;You think Obama has been abusing his power?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>CRUZ:  I think he has absolutely been abusing his power &#8212; and when you have a president who says, &#8220;Regardless of whether Congress acts, I\u2019m gonna force my agenda on the American people,&#8221; that\u2019s wrong.
