CALLER: I\u2019m good. How are you?<\/p>\n

RUSH: I\u2019m never better. Never better.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, I\u2019m 18 years old, and I\u2019ve been listening to your show, like, forever.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You are 18?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yes.<\/p>\n

RUSH: No.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: No.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You sound like 25.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well —<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

RUSH: Maybe even 30. I\u2019m talking attitudinally here, Sarah.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Whoa. Thank you.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Yeah, I\u2019m not talking about your voice, although that\u2019s probably in the mix, too. Eighteen? You sound so composed. You sound so confident. This is great.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019m excited.<\/p>\n

RUSH: You sound relaxed, too. That\u2019s great. Well, it\u2019s great to have you here.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, it\u2019s great to be here. I\u2019ve always wanted to call. Always. Anyways, I wanted to thank you because you speak the truth and not like all the other stupid news people.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, I appreciate you thinking that.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. Because, I don\u2019t know. They drive me crazy.<\/p>\n

RUSH: It drives a lot of people crazy. That\u2019s what drove me crazy about last night.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah.<\/p>\n

<\/a>RUSH: You know, I have a definite view of limited government, but I don\u2019t want to be disconnected from it. I don\u2019t want to feel estranged from it. I don\u2019t like this ruling class, country class stuff, but it\u2019s true, it exists.<\/p>\n

CALLER: It does.<\/p>\n

RUSH: That speech last night, it\u2019s not just the speech, I really can\u2019t recall — I\u2019m 63; you\u2019re 18 — I can\u2019t recall a time where I\u2019ve felt more distant, further away from the people leading the country than I do today, and I don\u2019t like it.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Yeah. I don\u2019t like it, either.<\/p>\n

RUSH: I don\u2019t trust them. I don\u2019t they care what we are interested in or want. I question whether or not they understand what\u2019s best for the country versus what\u2019s best for them. All these things go back and back and forth, and I don\u2019t like even having the thoughts. But I\u2019m flattered that you like the program.<\/p>\n

CALLER: Well, yeah. I\u2019ve been listening to it forever. My mom listens to it, my dad listens to it, my grandpa did.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Sounds like you\u2019re a lifer, then.<\/p>\n

CALLER: I am. Definitely.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, at 18, are you still in high school or are you out?<\/p>\n

CALLER: I\u2019m out.<\/p>\n

RUSH: And what are your plans?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Go to college. <\/p>\n

RUSH: Any particular one?<\/p>\n

CALLER: Community. Yeah.<\/p>\n

RUSH: Well, have you found what your life\u2019s dream is? Do you know what you want to do?<\/p>\n

CALLER: No. I have not found what my life\u2019s dream is.<\/p>\n
